Description
The electronic logic for models KP-05 allows:
Print from 1 to 2 colors with closed inkcup diam.90mm or 60mm ( 2colours version)
Print in 2 colors with stationary piece or rotary table
360 deg print (with optional device mod. AUR-360)
Print on 2 or more pieces at the same time
Re-printing on the pieces to obtain a higher ink capacity
The set up of the machine is very easy and fast. All machines are equipped with hermetically sealed inkcup with ceramic rings to have a fast and easy inking of the cliche. The fixture support table with XYZ micrometric adjustment and -15 deg rotation allowing fast centering of the print piece. The maintenance is very simple and the adjustments for different jobs do not require skilled operators
Sealed Ink Cup Technology:
The sealed inking system enables changes to be made quickly and provides an ink saving of over 50%. The system also eliminates the release of fumes from solvents in the ink, thus making the print shop a more pleasant, healthier place to work. The electronic keyboard with display allows varying all print parameters, pneumatic operation guarantees exellent uniformity of printing and independent pressure regulation on object and cliche. The print holder table of the MINIPRINT KP05 is adjustable in all direction ( x-y-z axes).
Available in one color and two colors versions. The machine is easy to operate and requires no special maintenance. The MINIPRINT KP05 is the ideal pad printing machine for small to medium production runs and independent sample production. On request the MINIPRINT KP05 can be supplied with a quick developing kit for photosensitive cliches.
