Staubli Quick Mould change system 105 / 106 –
Our manual mechanical clamping system is suited to all type of processing machines, either hydraulically or electrically driven. It can be utilised up to 200°C and for a mold weight up to 2 Tonnes.
The complete bayonet system consists of :
Press side:
- 2 bayonet locking plates
- 1 removable lever
Mould side:
- 2 centring / clamping rings and fixing bolts
Just turn the handle down to securely clamp your mould to the platen.
