Yes the Vacuum Former arrived in perfect condition. I have already set it up and had a play. Overall I'm very pleased with it and I think a couple of my friends will be round quite often as they seem to have thought up so many uses. You never know they may even order one as well!

Thankyou so much for your time on the phone yesterday.
Your advice to look into the screw for an issue was perfect, once opened we found a lump of melted plastic which must have been causing issues.
Once removed and put back together the machine has been producing without fault.
Appreciate your assistance with getting our machine operational again!

Just a quick note to express my gratitude to you for going out of your way to get me out of trouble. The gash my roofrack put in the bottom of my son’s kayak was serious. If I had tried to fix it myself I would have made it worse. Exemplary service, of a nature seldom found today.
