Our flexible packaging actuators FPA 4500 and FPA 4500-T are suitable for sealing small, medium and large thermoplastic bags. It is suitable for all FFS machines (form fill seal) and we can provide you a retrofit kit to upgrade from heat sealing to ultrasonic sealing.
With the patented seal technology from RINCO ULTRASONICS AG, wider and shaped seal welds are possible, allowing perforations for hanging holes to also be integrated. In addition, the sealed seams can be formed with rounded edges, which helps to enhance hygiene, for example in the healthcare sector. With ultrasonic sealing, heat-sensitive products can also be reliably welded, and thanks to ultrasonic seal welding, welds remain strong even when exposed to foreign substances in the weld area.
